CA Nipun Arora is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Law Graduate having close to a decade of post-qualification experience. His core areas of expertise include taxation advisory, litigation, audit and compliance.

He is well equipped with knowledge and experience in respect of Direct and Indirect Tax laws such as Income tax, Goods and services Tax (GST), Customs laws, Foreign Trade Policies and allied laws. His knowledge and expertise in Indirect taxation domain has helped him in providing handholding support for successful implementation of GST across several leading business groups in multiple sectors such as Education industry, Entertainment industry, Fertilizer manufacturing, Steel manufacturing, Textile manufacturing and FMCG industry.

In addition to GST implementation, he has been extensively involved in analysing and advising on GST implications in respect of domestic and cross border transactions to various companies across the country including Public Sector Enterprises and multi-national corporations.

He has also authored various articles across publications to highlight issues in GST and resolutions that may be helpful to taxpayers to comply with provisions of GST laws.

Ms. Kanika Chhabra

CS Kanika Chhabra is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Law Graduate with over 8 years of rich experience in corporate secretarial, legal, and regulatory functions, with a strong focus on listed entities in Logistics and Financial.

She has a proven track record in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and other applicable corporate laws, coupled with in-depth knowledge of capital markets, corporate restructuring, investor relations, and shareholder matters.

Her core expertise includes managing Board and General Meetings, drafting deeds and legal documents, overseeing statutory filings, and liaising with key regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC), NCLT, SEBI, and RBI.

Kanika also brings hands-on experience in handling corporate actions such as rights issues, preferential allotments, and other capital market transactions, making her a versatile professional in navigating complex corporate and regulatory landscapes.

Mr. Arora is a seasoned accounting professional with over 40 years of rich experience in accounting and bookkeeping services. He brings along a diverse experience of working with startups to medium and large corporates and handing various challenges in accounting and book keeping process.
